Miyazaki Aoi becomes a mother in autumn

32 year old Japanese actress Miyazaki Aoi remarried to V6’s Okada Junichi last December and announced pregnancy on May expected to be due in the autumn. Yesterday was her first public appearance after she announced the good news, attending an awards ceremony where won an award for drama SP Kurara ~Hokusai no Musume~. She wore a long western style gown to hide her stature, but was unable to conceal her pregnant tummy, and can obviously see lower belly bulging.
After remarrying Miyazaki continues to remain pushing out works. In Kurara she plays a talented painter, and her performance was positively received. She says: “I am truly happy to be able to receive such an amazing prize. Filming generally takes about more or less 1 year, every moment of performing makes me feel extremely happy. While filming I even think about wishing that it will never end.” She also thanked the staff as well as her co stars’ efforts: “ It is because of everyone that I was able to naturally get into the role.”
