December 6th: Last September, 36 year old Johnny's star Takizawa Hideaki announced the disbanding of Tackey and Tsubasa composed of him and Imai Tsubasa . At Johnny's New Year Countdown, they will perform together for the last time. He who has retired within the year, will shift into behind the scenes work next year, and is rumored to be the successor of current president Kitagawa. Today's issue of Shukan Bunshun reports, Johnny's will launch a subsidiary called Johnny's ISLAND next year, and Takizawa is hopeful of being the president. The subsidiary's number 1 group is the one which he helped create the music video for their new song JAPONICA STYLE, junior group SixTONES.
Shukan Bunshun reports, a person who knows Johnny's very well divulged that next year a subsidiary named Johnny's ISLAND will be established, the number 1 group of which is SixTONES. The subsidiary will not only produce Johnny's Jr., but will also train movie directors and screenwriters, to be called as J-PROJECT, managed by Kitagawa's directly subordinate team. Owing to Takizawa previously helping SixTONES with their MV, people have inevitably made a connection, but Johnny's has not responded to whether or not they will launch a subsidiary.
